Macula Tracker is an app designed for the follow-up of functional and structural outcomes of the management of macular diseases. The treatments and the data from visual acuity and OCT on the visits are registred and they make a graph which one can visualize the patients evolution in a fast, comprehensive and focused way. We believe that Macula Tracker is a mHealth (mobile health) tool which one can apply the knowledge of retinas evidence based medicine into the clinical practice and follow its results in a patient-to-patient basis.
